Note: I added the “wo”. But have you ever heard of this quote before? The origins of it are uncertain but in my research I found that the earliest record of it is from St. Marher, 1225, “And te tide and te time þat tu iboren were, schal beon iblescet” which essentially means that no one has the power to stop time making time one of the most valuable things in the world.
Hello! My name is Gail and welcome to my blog! I admittedly opened this blog about a year ago excited about all the things I could share with you but it remained empty… until now! So what’s changed? I signed up for a course at the University of Toronto called Foundations of Digital Communications Strategy & Social Media. Opening a blog is one of my assignments and what better way to motivate me and get my butt in gear!
Why Soul Crave?
Most people need to work to survive and I’m sure a lot of you are familiar with the 9 – 5 (or more!) grind, but is this what makes you feel alive? If you’re like me, you’re probably craving for more. Thinking about all the time I spend simply surviving, I started thinking more about how I want to purposefully spend my time thriving because it is these seemingly timeless moments eating delicious healthy food, travelling to fun and interesting destinations, and discovering the different ways to increase my well-being is what my soul really craves. So I invite you to come and join me on the quest to seeking out all the things my soul really craves. And who knows? Maybe it’ll inspire you to do what your soul craves as well.
So tell me…What does your soul crave?
