Hello! My name is Gail and welcome to Soul Crave. I admittedly opened this blog about a year ago excited about all the things I could share with you but it remained empty… until now! So what’s changed? I signed up for a course at the University of Toronto called Foundations of Digital Communications Strategy & Social Media. Opening a blog is one of my assignments and what better way to motivate me and get my butt in gear!

About Soul Crave

Most people need to work to survive and I’m sure a lot of you are familiar with the 9 – 5 (or more!) grind, but is this what makes you feel alive? If you’re like me, you’re probably craving for more. Thinking about all the time I spend simply surviving, I started thinking more about how I want to purposefully spend my time thriving because it is these seemingly timeless moments eating delicious healthy food, travelling to fun and interesting destinations, and discovering the different ways to increase my well-being is what my soul really craves. I’ll be sharing with you recipes and restaurants that I enjoy, places I’ve traveled to near and far, and other ways I have found helpful to increase my well-being.

I invite you to come and join me on the quest to seeking out all the things my soul really craves. And who knows? Maybe it’ll inspire you to do what your soul craves as well.
